Data we collect
- Account data — email and/or Telegram identity, password hash, role.
- Content data — the text you submit and the audio we generate.

How we use it
To provide and operate the Service (synthesis, accounts, billing), to provide support, to secure the Service and prevent abuse, to comply with legal obligations, and to communicate with you about your account. Our legal bases (where the GDPR applies) are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, your consent, and legal obligation.
AI training
We do not use your Input or Output to train general-purpose voice models without your explicit opt-in. Your reference voices are used to generate your requested Output.
How we share it
With service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, GPU compute, storage, payment processing, messaging) under appropriate safeguards; to comply with law or protect rights and safety; and in a business transfer (merger or acquisition). We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, accounting, and security requirements, then delete or anonymize it. You can delete your account, which removes your account data and API tokens.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data, and object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact us at info@trytts.com. EEA/UK users may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Portugal, the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
International transfers
We may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, secret storage, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this Policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be notified.
